Nebraska Career Education Conference

Center for Rural Affairs staff will discuss strategies for schools to begin and maintain specialty crop production in their agriculture programs. Specialty crop production may include growing in school gardens or greenhouses, beekeeping, small livestock production, floral production, orchards, and much more. The Center for Rural Affairs is dedicated to working with the Nebraska Department of Education Farm to School program to increase food production in schools and inspire the next generation of Nebraska farmers.
