Transition services are a coordinated set of activities to help students aged 14-21 move toward achieving their individualized post-secondary goals. These services or activities happen in multiple natural settings such as CTE and general education classes, so long as we know what we are looking for in these classes. This session will explain transition, activities, and opportunities that are naturally occurring in CTE classrooms as well as how to collect data and communicate information with the IEP case manager.
